Stretching nearly 11 miles, the Emerald Isle Bike Path—also known as the Emerald Path—offers a great, secnic way to explore the island and get in some exercise! This paved, multi-use trail winds through grassy areas along Coast Guard Road, shaded woodlands, and the heart of downtown, providing easy access to local shops, restaurants, parks, and beach access points. You can also jog or walk here if you don't want to bike! Dogs are welcome on a leash.
