By opening the connecting doors this newly remodeled cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex becomes an easy 4 bedroom 2 bath space with 2 kitchens and living areas, plus double the deck! This oceanside home is right across the street from the beach access and just minutes away from all the restaurants, shopping and attractions on the Crystal Coast. You’ll be able to walk the family dog on the beach or enjoy the hues of sunrise or sunset while relaxing on the front porch.

The space
~1500 Sq Ft duplex features a newly remodeled living space, an ample oceanside deck, and an outside shower for rinsing sandy toes and paws. There are a few stairs to reach the main living area.

Bedroom 1: King | Bedroom 2: 2 Doubles | Bedroom 3: King | Bedroom 4: 2 Doubles

Home Amenities: Flat-screen smart TVs, Kitchen: Simply equipped, Keurig coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, dishware, flatware, basic cooking utensils, Central A/C & heating, WiFi, linens, and towels with beds made upon arrival.

Parking: Onsite, in front of the property, 4 cars

Pets: 1 Small house-trained and under 35lb dog is allowed with NO FEE! A $125 fee applies for an additional pet. (2 maximum)

Guest access: Guests access the home via the front door using the keypad. Code is provided 24 hours prior to check-in via a welcome email.

Other things to note: No smoking inside or on the deck, No parties or events.
