Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails, relaxing on the oceanside deck. Quality, family time is made simple, with the open floor plan sweeping from the dining room to living room to fully equipped kitchen.

This is a perfect place to enjoy time with family, and friends, or even a special occasion. Beach access is just across the parking lot, up a few steps, via a boardwalk that features oceanfront bench seating. This particular building is also situated right next to popular amenities like the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. It is a short driving distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Amenities include: Flat screen Smart TVs in each room, Oceanside porch for relaxing, Upgraded WiFi, Well-stocked kitchen, Dishwasher, Microwave. General: Central A/C and heating. Reverse osmosis water system and water softener. Stack washer and dryer in hallway closet.
