This stunning multi-level oceanfront home features a King, 2 Queens, a Twin, and a Bunk Bed (Double/Twin), with linens provided and beds made for your arrival.
Ground Floor: Oceanfront bedroom with Queen bed, mini-fridge/microwave, flat-screen TV with streaming, full bath, and private entrance to outdoor seating and private hot/cold shower.
Second Level: Two bedrooms, including an oceanfront master with King bed, flat-screen TV with streaming, whirlpool bath, coffee station with microwave, and direct access to a deck with seating. A private walkway leads to an oceanfront gazebo with lights, outdoor shower, cushioned seating, hammock, and beach access. The second bedroom has a full bath and flat-screen TV with streaming. Fully stocked laundry center.
Third Level: Kitchen with dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator; dining area; half bath; and living area with gas fireplace, wet bar with ice maker, and flat-screen Smart TV with streaming (Netflix & Hulu). The main deck offers rocking chairs, automatic awning, beach chairs, and stunning ocean views.
Penthouse Suite: Oceanfront suite with flat-screen TV with streaming, stocked mini-fridge, microwave, coffee service, and private deck with rocking chairs and dynamic ocean views.

Great vacation home away from home
by MIchaelWhat a week we had here in this beautiful beach front home. Private access to the beach was awesome. The outside of the property was as beautiful and the inside. We loved it! We took the bikes out and road around to check out the area. We can\'t ride bikes at home because it is too dangerous. This area is so walker and rider friendly, it was great! This is our second time staying here and we will be back soon.
A slice of Heaven
by LisaThis was our 4th time staying in this luxury beach home and we loved every part of it. The decor is beautiful and the home is immaculate. I love having completely separate floors for guests with their own private bedrooms with bath. The main common areas are just spectacular. The living , dining and kitchen areas are huge and filled with games, fireplace, comforts of home at the luxury level! Even the cookware is high-end. We always sleep on the top floor bedroom which feels like a penthouse. The views of the ocean, sunrise and sunsets will leave you breathless. We will keep coming back! Love it here...

The water/coke/coffee/popcorn is appreciated, and the snack basket from the owners is a very thoughtful touch. The location is perfect with amazing views!

by JessicaSuch a perfect location, very very clean house, with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Special touches like the gift basket and gift card were appreciated! We had to contact maintenance twice but everyone at SunSurf was so kind and helpful and responded very quickly to relatively minor maintenance issues. Everyone was so sweet and professional and communication with us was fantastic. Check in and check out were quick and easy! The four digit code is extremely helpful, as was the welcome bag with necessities to get our week started. Sun-Surf made this family vacation at Australian Gold one of our best yet, and we can\'t wait to return next year! Thank ya\'ll!!
Loved this property and all the extra touches. The stocked fridge was great as well as the generous gift basket. That really put this rental above the others we have ever done. Coming from out of town it's always nice to have extras like the hairdryer and shampoo items we didn't have to pack so that was nice as well. Also loved the hammock and the beach chairs.
