This stunning multi-level oceanfront home features 3 Queens, 1 Twin, and a Bunk Bed (Double/Twin), with linens provided and beds made for your arrival.

Ground Floor: Oceanfront bedroom with Queen bed, built-in mini-fridge/microwave, coffee service, flat-screen TV with streaming, full bath, and private entrance to the secluded built-in oceanfront hot springs spa with automatic privacy screen and private hot/cold shower.

Second Level: Two bedrooms including an oceanfront master suite with Queen bed, fireplace, flat-screen TV with streaming, coffee service, whirlpool bath, and direct access to a covered deck with sundeck. Private walkway leads to the oceanfront gazebo with lights, misting system, outdoor shower, cushioned seating, hammock, and beach access. The second bedroom has a full bath and flat-screen TV with streaming. Stocked laundry room, central microwave, mini-fridge with soft drinks/water.

Main Living Area: Kitchen with dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator with ice, dining area, half bath, and living area with gas fireplace, wet bar with ice maker, flat-screen Smart TV with streaming (Netflix & Hulu), and Bose Wave radio. Main deck features rocking chairs, automatic awning, beach chairs, and stunning ocean views.

Penthouse Suite: Flat-screen TV with streaming, full bath, stocked mini-fridge, microwave, coffee service, private deck with automatic awning, rocking chairs, and dynamic ocean views.

Additional amenities include high-speed wireless internet, central heating/air, ceiling fans, gas grill, water softener, books, games, irons/ironing boards, hair dryers, and extra pillows/blankets. Australian Gold East is a wonderful property! The pictures accurately depict the home and all the amenities! What wasn't shown were all the extras that the Hosts had provided! Paper products, water, sodas, paper plates, napkins, plastic cups, laundry supplies … the list goes on and on! Everyone that stopped by absolutely loved the property! Dealing with Surf Sun Realty was also very pleasant and professional. From beginning to end, they handled everything very well and very professionally.

Property was so well appointed! The homeowners thought of everything! I loved the labeling on the light switches so we knew exactly which ones to use! Beautifully decorated and you can't beat those views! Would stay there every year and maybe even the rest of my life! Lol! Thank u for the wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed this property - the layout and normal everyday home comforts! It was very apparent the owners of this home are renting for the purpose of having guests feel warm, comfortable, and right at home. There was nothing lacking in this home for a great feel-at-home vacation!!! The owners of this property have really worked hard to make this a welcoming vacation home. They have tried to provide everything you would need from beach chairs to bikes. We were so thrilled with the little extras especially the drinks provided in the many refrigerators and the gift basket and gift certificate for pizza. What a nice gesture of hospitality!
