Central air & heat, Enclosed hot and cold outside shower, Dishwasher, Washer & dryer, Microwave, Saltwater swimming pool (approximately 12x28). The opening and closing of pools may be required for maintenance without notice. Pool occupancy is limited to the number of people this property will accommodate. Outdoor elevator for luggage and groceries. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, 3 TVs with YouTube TV streaming. Two of the bedrooms (each has a Queen) and an additional kitchen (no dishwasher) and living area are located on the ground level with a separate entrance. Good ocean view and easy beach access. Large, private backyard and charcoal park grill. Laundry room with pantry. Rents Saturday to Saturday. NO SMOKING, NO PETS!

We enjoyed out stay at this property. We liked the two pages of information given to us with various instructions--this was very helpful.

This property was more than we expected, plenty of room, everything was exceptionally clean and maintained. Outside elevator was a bit noisy but we knew someone was on it lol. More than enough dishes, pots and pans.
