Ground Floor: Oceanfront bedroom with Queen bed, built-in mini-fridge/microwave, coffee service, flat-screen TV with streaming, full bath, and private entrance to the secluded built-in oceanfront hot springs spa with automatic privacy screen and private hot/cold shower.
Second Level: Two bedrooms including an oceanfront master suite with Queen bed, fireplace, flat-screen TV with streaming, coffee service, whirlpool bath, and direct access to a covered deck with sundeck. Private walkway leads to the oceanfront gazebo with lights, misting system, outdoor shower, cushioned seating, hammock, and beach access. The second bedroom has a full bath and flat-screen TV with streaming. Stocked laundry room, central microwave, mini-fridge with soft drinks/water.
Main Living Area: Kitchen with dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator with ice, dining area, half bath, and living area with gas fireplace, wet bar with ice maker, flat-screen Smart TV with streaming (Netflix & Hulu), and Bose Wave radio. Fabulous rental !!!

The owners go out of their way to make everything special, from the fabulous gift basket upon arrival, sheets and towels provided, bikes, beach chairs, grill with propane, boogie boards, fabulous hot tub, gorgeous decor and each beautiful bedroom with en-suite bathrooms and coffee maker. Each room is like a spa retreat. And also spectacular ocean views from almost all the bedrooms. The common areas are also great!! We had our large family on both sides and it flowed beautifully. I can’t imagine renting anywhere else on Emerald Isle. This home is truly a gem. The owners take so much pride in this home and make it so special and comfortable!!!!
The Best Beach house
by Mark McAuliffeWe had an extraordinary time at this beautiful property right on the beach. All of the amenities were top shelf. The rooms were immaculate, the beds were extremely comfortable, and, most importantly, access to the beach was easy Peezy. One memorable moment was a sunset in which an orange full moon overcame the beach. It was so cool. I highly recommend this property and we will certainly be back.
Amazing vacation

The beach was fantastic and the facilities were thoughtfully designed to make it easy to get on and off the beach. Loyd of space and accommodations for kids and adults alike. Would highly recommend.
Family friendly and expertly designed

The design of the facilities the equipment and the utensils allowed us to be creative and festive with no attention. To the facility. The quality of the furnishings is truly five star. We loved every aspect.
Australian Gold East is a wonderful property! The pictures accurately depict the home and all the amenities! What wasn't shown were all the extras that the Hosts had provided! Paper products, water, sodas, paper plates, napkins, plastic cups, laundry supplies … the list goes on and on! Everyone that stopped by absolutely loved the property! Dealing with Surf Sun Realty was also very pleasant and professional. From beginning to end, they handled everything very well and very professionally.
As always, great property.
Our stay was great. We loved the house and the location. Hurricane florence forced us out 4 days early but we had a great couple days.
Hosts do an excellent job setting the stage to welcome their guests for an escape to the sun, sand and ocean! Thank you.
This was our second year in Australian Gold East and we absolutely LOVE this place. As always, Sun Surf was great and we enjoyed a wonderful week.
