   This was a lovely property for our family. We enjoyed the porch the most! Coffee in the mornings and wine in the afternoon! The Sound and sunsets were breathtaking, and it was hard for me to leave that peaceful feeling of the water. I love the ocean, but this property offered another side of the beach to us. Perfect!

   I rent from this property as many times as I can. It is my second home. Everything is clean, relaxing and well maintained. Occasional issues ( very rare) are handled immediately. The view and quietness are heavenly!! Would not consider any other property!

   The property was very well kept. This is the cleanest rental we've had in the past 10 years. The sound view is breath taking. We've always stayed oceanfront but soundfront is my new favorite. We enjoyed all the amenities very much: the pier, both pools, and the shuttle to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough wonderful things about our trip. This was one of our best trips and we've been coming to the area since the 1990's.

   The balcony in this unit is very comfortable and enjoyed watching activities on the sound.
