Our vacation rental thru Sun-Surf Realty was exceptional. The condo was in the perfect location and very well maintained. We have never rented lodging which was so clean and well presented. We had one maintenance issue (AC broke on day 5) and with one call to Sun-Surf Realty the problem was fixed in a very timely manner (within 4 hours of reporting the problem). I made several calls to Sun-Surf prior to our arrival (we had never been to Emerald Isle before) and everyone we spoke to was helpful and friendly. The check in and check out procedures were efficient and easy to follow. Thank you Sun-Surf Realty for a vacation that exceeded our expectations and will give us fond memories into the future!

This property was perfect for a week away - without and with COVID. We chose this area specifically to not stay in hotel. The condo was clean, big enough for 4, WiFi was perfect for 2 remote working parents with 2 remote working students. We loved it. The beach was never ever crowded but still enough teen ages to keep both my boys happy. BTW - this apartment was a perfect location to see both the ocean and the sound from 2 different windows.

Beautiful, nicely decorated, but comfortable condo. Beautiful views. Clean, quiet and well-maintained grounds. Beach area was not crowded, even on July 4th, and was very clean.

We had a wonderful week-long stay during the off-season at this property. The views of the ocean and sound were amazing. The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable for our family (which included three children). The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. We hope to return!

The kids loved swimming in the pool much more than in the ocean. After the grandkids returned home to Jacksonville, I spent a day in the spa and it was fabulous.
