The property was great! Much attention has been given to every detail. Property was stocked with items we needed to start our week, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels. Also found dishwasher soap, laundry soap and plastic baggies. We had everything we needed and experienced a great week!

This was our 4th visit with Sun-Surf Realty and we will be back! Always friendly, gracious, kind and responsive to any and all questions. The owner (Mark) of the property is just a super guy who actually checks up on guests to make sure they are comfortable. We have traveled all over the world and stayed at some glorious spots but for a quiet, at-home, no hassle, comfortable week with the most awesome view ever, Just for the Halibut East is "it" for us.

Absolutely the best two weeks!! Very easy check in, owner checked on us, beautiful weather and house and easy checkout. Only hard part was leaving!! Can't wait til next trip!!

We are always impressed by immaculate attention and annual upgrades the owner devotes to this unit. We know this has been a trying year for Emerald Isle, and we appreciate the obvious care that the SunSurf staff has devoted to keeping this property safe, well-stocked, clean and comfortable.

Mark has an amazing property that it is more than obvious he takes such pride in. He cares about his guests, their comfort, and that they have an enjoyable vacation. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Housekeeping was impeccable - the unit was sparkling clean. So nice to have the beds already made. Owner has hired an A+ housekeeper. Super friendly staff waiting to greet us at check in

Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed!!! We have been coming to EI for over 20 years and have never felt so at home! All the extras in this house were greatly appreciated!

Loved everything about Just for the Halibut East. Only a short walk to the beach with outdoor shower. At night we had solar powered candle light to add to the view. spacious deck with chairs and lounge chairs. Clothes line for wet bathing suits and towels. Even enjoyed meeting the guests staying next door. It was the easiest check process that I have ever encountered. I was met by a cheerful employee of Sun Surf Realty who had my packet ready and I was out the door in a matter of seconds. The coolest thing was that the owner was at the property when we arrived. Wonderful relaxing music was playing and all of the curtains and blinds were open and we were met with a spectacular view of the ocean. The owner left a special note and gift which meant a great deal to us. I do not have one single negative thing to say about this property. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Immaculately maintained, beautifully decorated, comfortable and well-appointed. We especially appreciate the cooking and cleaning supplies provided -- not sure if that's through the owner's thoughtfulness, or the courtesy of prior guests. We tried to reciprocate.

Absolutely loved this house. The location was perfect. We were right on the beach...closer than some of the other homes we've stayed during past vacations to Emerald Isle. The kitchen has everything we needed, with the exception of a pitcher and Mark (who was staying on the West side) was kind enough to round one up for us.

This property, Just For the Halibut East, is wonderful; it is extremely well maintained and clean, and the owner, Mark has thought of everything (and more!)that anyone might want or need to make their stay fabulous. I can't think of anything else that he could possibly do to make JFTHE any better. He truly epitomizes the PERFECT host.

We loved our stay! It was just as nice as the pictures/description and more. The location is so perfect. We enjoyed playing on the beach and biking everywhere. We would definitely stay here again. As far as telling others--no way : ) We don't want everyone to rush to Emerald Isle to have a spot like this one to relax and have family time.

We already have reservations to comeback next year. I won't ever deal with another realty company. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a wondrful vacation.

This home was beautiful. Exactly what I expected. I was thrilled with everything. If I had a beach house, this is what it would look like.

I wish the property were mine. I enjoy staying there more than anywhere I've ever stayed on the beach. The furniture in the living room had been replaced since my last visit a couple of years ago. I like the tall chairs they put on the deck. The only thing I missed were chairs for sitting on the beach. There was only one chair. Maybe I didn't look elsewhere for more. I hope I can get back to "Just for the Halibut-East" very soon.

"Just for the Hailibut East" is a pleasure to vacation in. The decorating is tasteful, and the furnishings are perfect for an entertaining stay. I would recommend the house for a single family or for two couples. My stay was enjoyable.
