We have been coming to the crystal coast for the last ten years but This was our first time staying with sun surf realty and we loved the rental. Beach Nut was the perfect size for my family and the location was a short walk to the beach we couldn't ask for more!

We were a bit apprehensive due to COVID, but we were put at ease when we arrived at the property. It was very clean and well taken care of. Well stocked. What we enjoyed most was location. A very short walk to beach and situated away from all the crowds. The A/C was cold! Almost too cold, lol. We love Emerald Isle - will be sure to come visit and stay with you all again. Thank you for a great week.

Beach Nut was a great house for the value price. We had easy access to the beach, lots of room to sit together as a family to eat and watch tv at night. The beds slept great and the foliage around the house allowed for great privacy. We enjoyed the extra table in kitchen/den area for playing games and doing our puzzle. The two rockers on the porch were nice, but some lounging chairs would add value. Great week as always at Emerald Isle!!!

Nice place with just about everything you need for a week's stay at the beach. Very short walk to beach access. We've stayed here 2 years in a row but may have to rent a bigger place next!

Awesome property for the price! We have been coming to Emerald Isle for 13 years and this is the best cleaned home we have stayed in! Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the A/C was cold. This is the first time we have rented from Sun Surf and we were impressed with your staff. The home owner picked the right property management company. Beach Nut is the perfect beach house!!

We loved our last minute vacation at the Beach Nut. Our family has been coming to Emerald Isle for 20 years and has stayed in variety of rental homes. We will definately rent this home again it was perfect for our family. The staff at Sun & Surf where very helpful from the booking to our departure, I appreciate all the kindness and accomodating spirit of your staff. The only thing that we would love to see at the Beach Nut was porch rockers, you can see the ocean! Thank you for a great vacation.
