The Crystal Coast Becomes a Destination for Silversea Luxury Cruise Line in 2015

The word is getting out about the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. So much so that the luxury cruise line Silversea has added it as a destination, as revealed in the unveiling of its 2015 schedule, according to an Silversea Luxury Cruise Ship Comes to the Crystal Coastarticle by USA Today. The Silversea website hasn't named its shore excursions for the Morehead City stop yet, but chose the Crystal Coast as a destination because of its beautiful beaches and local attractions such as the museums and historic sites.

The 13-night cruise sails out of Fort Lauderdale and includes stops in Morehead City, Savannah, Charleston and Norfolk as well as calls in Hamilton, Bermuda and Nassau in the Bahamas. The high seas adventure sets sail on April 3, 2015, on the 386-passenger cruise ship, Silver Shadow.

Lucky for you, you don't have to wait until 2015 for a trip to the Crystal Coast of North Carolina. The fall season is a fantastic time to book your own luxury beach vacation on the shores of the Crystal Coast. The weather is gorgeous, the coastal colors are breathtaking, and the local events are booming. You'll find plenty to see and do here this time of year.
