Relax and entertain your family and guests in the living area with large windows to the ocean and gather around the dining table for meals prepared in the kitchen stocked with your cooking essentials. One unique feature for this property is that the public boat ramp is conveniently located nearby. Take time to enjoy the beach and take advantage of the private walkway through the sand dunes, or sit back on the covered and furnished deck to feel the ocean breeze. The walkway to the beach includes a sitting area that is perfect to enjoy morning coffee or admire the sunset. Amenities include: central air and heat, hot and cold enclosed outside shower, dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave and grill. There are 2 TVs with Roku (guest must log-in to personal streaming account) and wireless internet. The property was absolutely gorgeous! We loved the view and all of the room for our family. The furnishings indoor and outdoor were perfect to accommodate everyone! Only critiques would be that the queen bed mattress was not as comfortable as my husband and I would have liked and the knives could've been sharper.Still overall very pleased with the property and would recommend!!

This is our second time staying at A Sedley Place. Overall we love this rental and will most likely return to it next year. We love how it is setup. It is roomy and clean. We love being on the ocean and the view from the den. Seating is more than adequate. If this is taken care of, i will go ahead and book for next year.
