Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this retreat is perfect for those looking for a relaxing coastal getaway. Situated on the ocean side, this third-row gem offers a safe walk to the public beach access, making it effortless to enjoy the sun, sand and surf!

Central air & heat, Dishwasher, Washer & dryer, Wireless internet, Smart TVs, Ring camera door bell, Fully-stocked kitchen. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower with built-in bench seat for added convenience. This bottom level duplex will have access to the hot tub,  gas grill and back patio, shared outdoor shower (hot/cold water) and back yard (divided by 2 fenced areas) and wide shared driveway. 3-Night minimum. NO SMOKING, 1 SMALL DOG ALLOWED (under 50lbs, 2nd dog may be considered with approval and $125 non-refundable fee), NO cats.
